We only ask patients to record the most important data and display this in the most relavent way for quick and easy assessment.
You can manage multiple patients remotely if you sign up to use our Medical Professional Interface.
The CEFREF Healthcare Professional interface is fully functional and completely free for users, to enable them to share and track other users' data.
To sign up to the free Healthcare Professional interface, select the 'Healthcare Professional' option during sign up. You can see how to do this on the functions page of the website.
All data is securely stored on GDPR compliant encrypted webservers based in the UK.
The only potentially identifiable personal data that CEFREF stores is your email address, which is required to login. For increased security we suggest that you sign up to a new email provider and choose a random email address (e.g. myCEFREF1@gmail.com).
CEFREF allows you to record free-text notes and we suggest for added security that you do not include identifiable data.
Unlike some other headache apps we do not:
Track your location
Share your data with third parties
Some data (e.g. 28-Day Average) is not displayed until CEFREF has collected 28 days of data and made a calculation.
Calendar mode displays data in calendar months (i.e. January, February, etc.). Data charts only populate at the end of a given calendar month.
28-Day mode displays data over the previous 28-days. Data charts continuously populate.
Either you or your patient can request to share data if they have the CEFREF patient interface installed.
Either you or your patient are able to set up and manage how they share their data. You will need to know your patient's unique user ID code to request data sharing. Add a new patient on your home screen by pressing the +.
Their is currently no limits to to amount of patients you can add to the Healthcare Professional interface.
